01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02 Description of Service

PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast is a free, browser-based PDF compression tool that processes files entirely on your device using client-side technology. It supports multiple compression modes (Fast, Balanced, High, Max), batch file processing, target file size optimization, and compression history — all without uploading files to any server. The app is provided for personal and commercial use, free of charge.

03 Use of the App

You agree to use PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Use the app to compress or process documents that you do not have the legal right to access, copy, or modify.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app's functionality.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the app.

04 Your Responsibility for Documents

You are solely responsible for all PDF documents you choose to compress using this app. Because all processing occurs client-side on your own hardware, Vrionix Labs does not monitor, access, store, or have any visibility into your files or their content.

By using PDF Compressor, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to compress the documents you process.
• The documents do not contain content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from the compression or use of your documents.

Vrionix Labs is not responsible or liable for the content, legality, or security of any document you compress using this app.

05 Intellectual Property

PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast, including its name, logo, design, and all content created by Vrionix Labs, is the property of Vrionix Labs or its licensors. The underlying compression engine is built on pdf-lib, which is licensed under the Apache-2.0 open-source licence.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Vrionix Labs' trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

06 Third-Party Services

PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast may, now or in the future, include third-party services such as Google AdSense or Google Analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Vrionix Labs is not responsible for the practices of third parties integrated into the app.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
• Any specific compression ratio will be achieved for any given file.
• The compressed output will be visually identical to the original in all cases.
• The app will be compatible with all PDF files, browsers, or devices.

You use PDF Compressor at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping a backup of your original PDF files before compressing.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vrionix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast, including but not limited to data loss, corruption of PDF files, or loss of document quality resulting from compression.

09 Termination

You may stop using PDF Compressor at any time by closing the app in your browser. Vrionix Labs reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or restrict access to PDF Compressor, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to PDF Compressor. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any updates will be published with a revised Last Updated date.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PDF Compressor – Tiny & Fast shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer right that cannot be waived or restricted under the applicable laws of your country or region of residence. Where such non-waivable rights apply, this section shall be read subject to them, and shall not be interpreted to reduce the protections you are otherwise entitled to.
